Confidentiality Agreements

Loose Lips Sink Ships

There comes a point in every successful entertainer's career when personal and professional lives seem to merge. When are you on, when are you off, and where is home?

You may have personal assistants now. Do they know things about you that you would rather not see on Oprah, or TMZ, or Entertainment Tonight?

It may not seem like it matters much while you're slogging it out in the clubs, but a little caution now goes a long way against a sordid tell-all in a few years.

Having a good confidentiality agreement in your set of band forms is a wise decision if you plan to be famous one day. It may well be that the only thing worse than being talked about – is not being talked about, but the wise entertainer knows that it's all in what's being said, and what's not, and by whom.
